1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using city360.directory (city360.directory), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

city360.directory is a local business directory platform that allows businesses to create listings and customers to discover, review, and contact local businesses across India. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Business Listings

3.1 Eligibility

To create a business listing, you must:

Be a legally registered business in India or a sole proprietor
Provide accurate and truthful business information
Have authority to represent the business

3.2 Listing Rules

Business information must be accurate, current, and not misleading
Photos must be genuine photos of your business
You may not list businesses you don't own or represent
Duplicate listings are not permitted
Listings for illegal businesses or activities are prohibited

3.3 Verification

We reserve the right to verify listings and may require documentation. Verified status can be revoked if information is found to be inaccurate.

4. Reviews

Reviews must reflect genuine customer experiences
Businesses may not submit reviews for themselves or competitors
Incentivizing fake reviews is strictly prohibited
We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our guidelines
Review responses must be professional and not defamatory

5. Payments & Subscriptions

5.1 Subscription Plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5.2 Refunds

Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months. Annual plans: Pro-rated refund within 7 days of purchase if not used. Payments processed through Razorpay.

5.3 Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified via email.

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Use our platform for illegal purposes
Scrape or harvest data from our platform without permission
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
Impersonate other businesses or individuals
Spam other users or send unsolicited messages
Post misleading, defamatory, or offensive content

7. Intellectual Property

city360.directory owns all rights to our platform, including code, design, trademarks, and brand assets. By submitting content (listings, photos, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform and for marketing purposes.

8. Disclaimers

We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings
We are not responsible for transactions between customers and businesses
Review content represents the opinion of the reviewer, not city360.directory
Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, city360.directory's liability for any claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months, or ₹1,000, whichever is less.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
